MyTube one of the first apps to get “Continue App experiences” feature

We marked “Continue App experiences” as one of the incomplete features in our Windows 10 Mobile Changelog. Reason behind this was absence of any live proof of how this handsoff like feature was supposed to work. Microsoft surprisingly didn’t implement it in any of its native apps.

But some prominent Windows 10 app developers have started implementing this cool feature in their apps. MyTube the very popular YouTube client has just received this feature.

As you can see in the above screenshots, you can go to Share–>Devices from any video. Next choose the device on which you want to continue with the video, you just shared. Both the Mobile and other device should be connected with same Microsoft account.

As you can rightly guess, this looks like early implementation of the feature. Hopefully we will be able to continue our app experiences even while watching a video in the app with future updates.

Thanks Binji for the tip. Cheers!!
