Motorola testing a Windows Phone device with 720p display

Motorola windows phoneThis doesn’t confirm anything about Motorola’s plans to actually reveal a new Windows Phone sooner or later. But an entry at Rightware reveals a Motorola Windows Phone “Motorola Solutions TC70xx11”. The device is running Windows Phone 8.1 and it packs a 720p display.

The entry reveals a dual-core processor with an average score of 497, which is not very inspiring in terms of specifications. So, as we said above entry doesn’t confirm any launch plans of Motorola but one can’t deny that Motorola is already testing a Windows Phone device in wild.

I think this is just a version of WP made for smart handheld devices being used by businesses, its basically the same as Windows CE(Compact Embedded). Also it states that it is Motorola Solutions and not Motorola Mobility, 2 different companies. Motorola Solutions builds these type of devices that use Win Phone (CE), they have done this for years.
