Microsoft’s execs Joe Belfiore and Marcus Ash have been quite active on Twitter since the time Windows Phone 8.1 update1 aka GDR1 has started rolling out. On some users facing issues in updating to GDR1, Joe Belfiore tells that Microsoft is working on it and will inform about the fix. Marcus Ash has confirmed about Cortana in UK running into issues and the issues getting fixed finally with service roll-out. He also says that Microsoft is looking into Windows Phone 8.1 update 1 for HTC devices.
