Well, just some days ago I had a somewhat heated conversation over “the fail” in making the claim that all Windows Phone 8 devices will be upgradable to Windows 10. Yes, we were first to break that news and now Microsoft has “reconfirmed” that it is the case, though there is a caveat and it won’t support all the features of Windows 10. That’s not surprising though and we told you so.
Joe Belfiore in a series of tweets has also talked about the “internal testing going on” and “not all devices will get the first Window 10 for Phones preview.
