Lumia not dead yet. Microsoft imports a mid-ranger Lumia in India for testing.

Well well, what is Microsoft up to? When most of the sites have already declared “death to Lumia” with Lumia 650 as the last Lumia ever, it seems a mid-ranger with Lumia 850-esque pricing has been imported for testing in India on April 8. The pricing of Rs 10,764 hints about a device with actual market price of between Rs 25000-3000 (USD 376-451). We had similarly reported batches of higher end mid-rangers landing on November 18 for testing.

Lumia 850

This device can most probably be the Lumia Honjo or Lumia 850. It was leaked earlier in real-life images in China and also in various other leaks. You can read about probable specs of the device by clicking here.

We earlier reported about Lumia with RM-1182 code passing certification in Indonesia.  RM-1182 later passed certifications in China too. T-Mobile Poland’s leaked plan also reveals two new Lumias arriving in Q1 2016.
