In a WPcentral poll, 90 % want to grab a Nokia Lumia WP8 phone. 81 % want Lumia 920.

WPcentral has conducted a poll and has asked readers to vote for the devices, they think will be their next Windows Phone device. Options in the poll are Lumia 920, Lumia 820 from Nokia, Samsung ATIV-S from Samsung and Accord (8X) from HTC. Nearly 7000 readers have voted and out of them 81% simply wnat to go for Lumia 920 :). Equal percetage of prospective buyers want to go for ATIV-S and Lumia 820. So if we count votes for both Lumia 920 and Lumia 820, 90% of the buyers will buy a Nokia WP8 device.

Good to see, Nokia making a distinction for itself in the Windows Phone space, even before the devices are available in market.

  • I think that the problem is this The 920 being really the best looking device flat out in the market today is stuck on just one carrier. If Nokia was able to the 920 on each of the carriers I think the numbers would have really been massive. look they could have done a special like only red 920 on the big V and say one the cyan on AT&T another for T-MO as much as I want a 920 I’m not switching to AT&T for it.

    • Hey, I understand your point of view. But Nokia can’t deny exclusivity to the AT&T as they stood by and supported Nokia’s effort during Lumia 900 launch. It is another thing that it will ultimately come to other carriers but with minute differences.

      cyan is absolutely amazing, and maybe it will be exclusive to at&t

  • There is lots of negativity against nokia in tech journalism world.but hope with continued focus on innovations nokia can change that.

    it should have been 95 percent or like that, due to some stupid blogs wrting bad about nokia 920 cam, it lost some percentage.. any way nokia rocks…
