Back in October 2016, Microsoft announced outsourcing of customer support for both Lumia and Nokia-branded Phones to B2X. At that time it wasn’t clear what will happen to support of Nokia-branded Phones once HMD comes into picture after December.
Now Nokia Mobile twitter account has clarified about the support for Nokia-branded Phones. HMD will support only those Nokia-branded feature Phones which have been sold after December 1, 2016. Nokia-branded feature Phones sold before December 1 will be still supported by B2X.
So, here is the thing. In case you bought a Nokia Phone before Dec 1, 2016 you need to go to https://support.b2x.com/ to get the support. For Nokia Phones bought after Dec 1, 2016 head over to Nokia Phones support page. HMD will soon add service center details on support pages.
@Nayan_m_ Hi, All phones sold before 1-Dec-2016 will be serviced via https://t.co/MCageBqqgc. Our phones: https://t.co/w7fyAhqjwk

We don't service phones built before December 2016. You could try a hard reset but you will lose your contacts, files and data.
