Microsoft is constantly updating it system apps on Windows 10 Mobile with new designs and lots of improvements. Now Microsoft released a new update to device hub for Windows 10 Mobile users, the latest update renames Devices hub app to Gadgets and it also brings new design of the app.
However it is worth to note that after updating the app, now it appears in app list section, rather then setting -> extras, corner. You can download the app by clicking here.
