Nokia informed only one change in the camera hardware on Lumia 925 from Lumia 920, which is addition of one extra lens making it six-element lens for Lumia 925. Now, two Nokia Imaging pundits Juha and Kristina have revealed the purpose of this sixth lens. The lens not only adds to sharpness of the image but also extends the ISO range 100-3200, which is great for a smartphone camera. Given these improvements we can expect Lumia 925 images to be more detailed, sharper and even better in low-light conditions than Lumia 920.
Juha also mentions algorithm improvements like Fine details, Color and Noise!!
