Microsoft has made the feature of “being able to respond to apps and games reviews” available to all eligible Windows Phone developers now. Back in April, when they had announced this feature, it was made available to only a selected pilot group of developers.
To use this feature, go to Dev Center, select the Dashboard for Windows Phone, then select one of your published Windows Phone apps and look at the reviews screen. If you see the “Respond” box in the lower right corner of the review, your account is ready to respond to reviews.
Developers can now use Paypal as one of the Windows Phone developer payout method in five additional markets: Cyprus, Hungary, Liechtenstein, Malta, and Russia.
In total, PayPal is now offered as a developer payout method in 41 Windows Phone markets: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong SAR, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and United States.
