Greg Sullivan from Microsoft has confirmed on Twitter that Lumia Cyan will be available for all Developers preview running devices within three weeks. In reply to a user’s question, he says either use Nokia Software Recovery Tool to go to retail build (which will directly give you Lumia Cyan now) or wait for Lumia Cyan to come within 3 weeks.
Greg has earlier announced that Lumia Cyan is now live for more than 100 dev preview Windows Phone / operator combos. Microsoft will keep adding more devices for Lumia Cyan update.
