Many of you have tipped us about this error and I encountered it for the first time with my newly owned Lumia 1020. The Nokia account doesn’t work and it throws an error shown in the screenshot above, when trying to configure. The problem persists even after “hard reset”.
“Network Problem, We couldn’t complete that operation. Please try again later”
Due to this issue with Nokia account, the Nokia MixRadio “unlimited download subscription” is also not getting activated.
Third issue is with Nokia Mail, which won’t sync on the device, while it plays nice on web.
May be a software fix is required to crush the bugs here.
