We had told you that Build 10586 is the Windows 10 Mobile RTM or public release build and Microsoft was expected to release build 10586 to Windows Insiders last week, but the build 10586 has been delayed because it is causing “Reboot loop” when you perform a hard reset on your phone. However now Microsoft is expected to release Windows 10 Mobile Build 10586.11 to Insiders sometime this week.
Now some screenshots from Lumia 950 retail units are doing rounds and they show that Build 10586 is indeed the RTM or public release build. Check the screenshots above or below from an AT&T bound Lumia 950. AT&T will stock Lumia 950 in stores from November 20 but a screenshot reveals that Microsoft Lumia 950 runs Windows 10 Mobile Build 10586.0.
However, Microsoft will not publicly roll out Windows 10 Mobile to all devices at once. As most of the low-end phones will receive Windows 10 Mobile early next year.
