While Insiders and non-insiders are now waiting for Windows 10 Mobile Anniversary update roll-out, there seems to be one more build coming soon for those on Build 10586.494. As per a tweet from dependable Build forecaster “Core Insider Program”, on August 9 (Patch Tuesday) there is a big update for those on TH2. It also seems this update will be security only.
For those on TH2, you'll be getting another big update on the 9th of August. Public release of RS1 means TH2 updates will be security-only.

Coming to the latest Build availability for Windows 10 Mobile TH2, BuildFeed reveals Build 10586.537 as the latest one. The Build has been compiled on July 21 and thus has got enough time to be under evaluation. While this is the latest known build, Microsoft may opt to push a newer build on August 9 for both Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile.
