[Video] Android Q Beta 5 brings new pull-down gesture & Google Assistant animation

Android Q is the latest major iteration of Android that first Google and then manufacturers will start releasing to eligible devices later this year. We recently curated a list of eligible Nokia smartphones that may get Android Q when HMD starts pushing it.

Google is currently testing the Beta builds of Android Q with help from Beta testers. The Beta testers have been posting about unknown features that Android Q Beta 5 brings with itself. The good part is that users have posted videos also to demo these new features.

It seems that Android Q will bring pull-down anywhere to bring the notification bar and quick-action buttons. While this feature has been implemented by many manufacturers individually, Google may make it mainstream with Android Q. Check the video demo below.
