So, with bit of luck we could find user guide for HTC One ( M8 ) for Windows ( yes it will be called that). The user guide reveals that it comes running Windows Phone 8.1 update 1 out of box. It also supports the “Dot View” cases and also has BlinkFeed tile to access the HTC BlinkFeed. The device will be announced today by HTC in some hours time from now.
