We reported sometime ago via our sources that Split View and Actionable notifications will arrive with Windows 10 for Phones. Actionable notifications are already here with first preview build 9941.12498 of Windows 10 for Phones.
Now, split view has appeared in API documentation and as you can see in the above screenshot needs “Windows Phone Threshold” or Windows 10 for Phones as the minimum requirement.

Application view Title Bar API reveals some enhancements and even hints at hover interaction and while we have reported it appearing in Windows 10 Desktop APIs, it is supported for Windows 10 for Phones now, reveal the documentation.
