Samsung has officially launched the public One UI 9 Watch beta program for the Galaxy Watch 8 and Galaxy Watch 8 Classic. Powered by Google’s Wear OS 7, the major update packs a visual overhaul alongside powerful new health tracking tools designed to give your smartwatch a serious mid-cycle boost.
According to details shared over the internet the first beta wave is currently rolling out to users in South Korea.

The Wear OS 7 transition delivers a slicker visual experience alongside deeper health telemetry:
Redesigned Interface: Navigating tiles and app drawers feels significantly smoother, featuring refreshed layout animations and quicker access to notifications.

Global Rollout & Regional Availability
Currently, the beta is active for both Bluetooth and LTE models of the Galaxy Watch 8 series in South Korea. However, Samsung traditionally expands its beta rollouts within days of the initial launch.
Expect the One UI 9 Watch beta to open up in the following countries during Phase 2:

How to Install the Beta
If you’re in an eligible region, joining takes just a couple of minutes:
Open the Samsung Members app on your paired phone.
Tap the One UI Watch Beta Program registration banner.
Once registered, open the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone (or go to
Settings > Watch Software Updateon the watch itself) to pull down the OTA download.
