If a report from Tom Warren ( The Verge ) has to be believed, Microsoft may not only announce technical preview of Windows 9, the Desktop SKU of upcoming Windows Threshold on September 30 but may also may talk about the Mobile / Tablet SKU at the press event itself. The September 30 date is still tentative per the report.
