HMD has so far released Android 10 to only Nokia 8.1 and by all means Nokia 9 PureView seems to be the next to get the new OS version. HMD CPO Juho Sarvikas has also claimed in reply to a tweet from an user that Nokia smartphones with Snapdragon 636 will get the update before smartphones from any other brand with the same processor.
We will be as fast as technically possible and target is to be the first brand to bring Android 10 to Snapdragon 636 mobile platform (and many others)

Nokia 8.1 is the only Nokia smartphone that was eligible to enroll in Android 10 dev preview and other Nokia smartphones will get Android 10 update, as per the roadmap shared by HMD earlier.
