Thanks to Saif for finding this and sorry for the poor writing; festival today and I was/am in hurry. After the yesterday’s leak where the engineering prototype of Nokia Normandy was seen, there’s a new leak coming up today. A user on the Chinese website Weibo has posted the live picture showing the app launcher of the Nokia Normandy phone.

As we can see the screen is divided into sections which honestly I didn’t like much. Still its nice to see how the phone’s UI will look like if it actually sees a launch.

Interestingly there is also the icon to launch some app store. Now because the icon reveals no other info, we don’t know what store Nokia is going to use or will the Nokia store be expanded to include android apk files as well?

Looks pretty ugly, I hope this is an early proto. In the final product I wish to see Asha iconography and Fastlane, otherwise I think I’ll buy Jolla-phone.

    • this phone has only back button like other asha, then we can say it could have swipe ui like those asha

Most probably yes. I don’t see a reason for taking away an USP.

        • Any certainly a need too. Else no practical way to make the options panel pop up. Swipe from below is the solution 😀
