Nokia Mobile is working on not one or two but at least four new Nokia smartphones with 5G support targeted at 2021. These smartphones won’t be launched altogether but two of them may be launched in the first half of 2021 and two of them in the second half of 2021, reveal our sources.
It is also possible that Nokia Mobile may launch one more 5G Nokia smartphone as the 2021 flagship. But since Nokia 9.X smartphones starting with Nokia 9.2 PureView didn’t see face of the market we are excluding them from scope of this article.
Coming to what to expect in the first half of 2021, we can safely place our bet on Nokia 7.3 5G and one more Nokia smartphone that may be powered by recently launched Snapdragon 480 processor. In fact HMD already announced its intent to bring a smartphone powered by the Snapdragon 480 processor when it was launched recently.
Nokia Mobile is also planning to launch Nokia 8.3 5G successor and Nokia 5.4 successor in the second half of 2021. Nokia 8.4 5G may be powered by the 2021 flagship Snapdragon 7XX processor. Nokia 5.5 5G may be powered by a Snapdragon 6XX processor with 5G support.
