Nokia India has finally send invitations for the “BIG” day event in Bangalore and NPU is obviously invited. The yellow background and the “BIG” day hint confirms Lumia 1520 and may be Lumia 1320 as well for an announcement on the day. We will certainly try to be there on the venue and bring the coverage live (Though may be not due to some personal commitments).

It will certainly be exciting to hold “Big” Lumia 1520 in hand and feel how big a Lumia has grown finally. Anyways, while Lumia 1520 stock has already landed in India, Lumia 1320 still is tipped to be under testing by sources and we can see it getting announced on Monday but its release will be delayed.

All four color models of Lumia 1520 will be available in India for purchase and pricing may be towards higher side.

  • @Kamal, It was announced at Nokia World itself that L1320 will be releasing in India in January. So no surprise there 🙂
Let’s see how L1520 competes against the Note 3. Atleast this time specs comparing websites won’t underestimate it by giving low scores just on those basis 🙂

Hmmm, I see!! India has become a big market for Phablets so if Nokia price it right, I hope to see many of them around 🙂

OT. Hey, seems the latest wordpress and jetpack updates fixed the threaded comments issue. Just realized.

Why is NPU invited by Nokia ? I mean are you run or funded by Nokia ? Why isnt me or comon public invited for event but you ? I see with many internet websites getting invitation and sent devices from Nokia to review and check..

    • Just because NPU is known enough. If you want to receive invitations, get up and become famous in the press.
These events are just organized to let the press and news agencies know of a new launch and they are given devices os that they can be reviewed and their goods and bads be placed in front of the general public.

Why is media companies invited to any event? Are they founded or run by that particular company? Your question is so lame -_-

Every major tech site is invited to events by a Nokia, by a Samsung or by an Apple…… Does that mean they all are run or funded by them 🙁
