This has been quietly lying in our inbox, but because it was already night we couldn’t cover it!! Thanks Xio-feng for the Tip. Seems that Nokia Catwalk which will go to T-Mobile and will launch globally as well with Aluminium body and comparable specs to Lumia 920 has broken cover for the first time. Someone has posted above two images of what looks like a Aluminum body Lumia on Baidu.com in China.The device which will come as RM-893 for T-Mobile and RM-892 globally will have 4.5 inch screen, 1280×768 resolution and will be much lighter and thinner than Lumia 920. Also it will sport AMOLED display which will provide thinner and lighter screen assembly as seen on Lumia 928 with possibility of a larger battery.
If you have a look at the above image, you can see a camera hump which may be due to the device being really thin , also it seems to have only LED flash. The speaker position is surprisingly like Lumia 928 at the bottom and also it has three holes at the bottom like Lumia 720 for may be “wireless charging”. On top you can see audio out, USB port and may be a “HDMI port” as well. A FFC is also prominent on the front.
If you ask us, it looks like a real early prototype of Nokia Catwalk and may be final design is bit different. Anyways, do let us know what you think about this leak!!
