Nokia 7.1 Plus aka Nokia X7 (China) launch date has now been revealed in a teaser by Nokia Mobile Weibo account. As per the tweet posted on Weibo, Nokia 7.1 Plus will be launched 7 days hence on October 16 in China.
One can easily notice the teaser imaging sample and the Dual-Camera module with Zeiss optics. The camera module is similar to that seen on the TA-1131 prototype seen at Tenna.
This also tells us that the new Nokia smartphone to be launched on October 11 in India may not be Nokia 7.1 Plus but some other device.
Nokia X7 aka Nokia 7.1 Plus details:
Nokia X7 aka Nokia 7.1 Plus will come with a display size of 6.18-inch with 2246×1080 resolution and 19:9 ratio. It packs a big 3400 mAH battery. It will come in three color models Red, Silver and Blue. An Octa-core Snapdragon 710 processor clocked at 2.2 GHz will power it. Nokia X7 will be available in 4GB/6GB RAM + 64GB/128GB internal storage variants.
As per the Tenna certification for Nokia X7 TA-1131 variant Nokia X7 has Dual Camera (12+13) MP on the back and a 20MP front camera. The Dual-Camera may be the same or slightly improved unit that has been appreciated highly on Nokia 7 Plus and Nokia 8 Sirocco.
