Amazon has both Polar Night and Dusk color models on pre-order and promises a release date of February 15 for both.
Even the official Nokia site lists Nokia 5.4 now but with a promised shipping date of March 1.
Nokia 5.4 packs a 48MP Quad-camera setup and combines it with a 16MP FFC. It comes with a 4GB RAM/128GB storage option apart from the 4GB RAM/64GB storage option.
