I know it is much juicier when we get a leak about the future flagship, but after my recent time with the Lumia 520 I love seeing leaks featuring the budget devices too.  This will feature Windows Phone 8.1 according to Nokia’s past trends when naming the budget Windows Phone devices.( 510-WP7, 520-WP8, 530-WP8.1)  Be sure to stay tuned for more leaks and official news relating the new Windows Phone product line.
