Update:
The tracker page shows availability now for Lumia 625 on both Telus and Rogers Canada.
Lumia 625 has been one of the very first devices to receive Lumia Cyan roll-out worldwide . But North American carriers don’t play by those rules and consequetly Lumia 625 on Rogers, Canada has now started receiving the update it seems. The tracker has it available and you can go ahead and check on your devices.
