HERE, Nokia’s mapping arm has released an updated app for Windows 8.1 devices. The app update brings new features and some under-the-hood improvements.
Under new features, It adds,
Manual positioning, if GPS chip is not available in the device
Redesigned city pages
Route options which can be now changed and one can add waypoints to route and drag and drop to rearrnage them
Also, It is now available globally with recent update.
