After a long gestation, Microsoft delivered “Live Lock screen” app’s Beta version. While it saw huge number of downloads, it has received some harsh criticism too for being slow and especially that “resuming” issue, where device takes up to 7 sec to respond on trying to unlock is driving people crazy.
Surprisingly for my two Lumias, Lumia 630 and Lumia 525, the app has been behaving amicably. Hence, I thought of demoing the “Live Lock Screen” on my two Lumias for benefit of everyone. For me it has been smoother ride, though there are still many areas of improvements. Anyways, good work developer with the first version!!
