Build 10149 finally brings the one-handed phablet use feature to more devices. While Microsoft claimed support for devices with display sizes equal to even 5-inch in Build 10136, it was not the case and only devices with display sizes of more than 5-inch like Lumia 1520 and Lumia 640 XL had this feature. Now with Build 10149, it is here for devices with 5-inch display like Lumia 540, Lumia 640, Lumia 930 and more. Read more about one-handed phablet use feature watch it in action here.
There is one more very interesting feature that has landed with Build 10149. Private notifications are here now on Windows too. So, you can go to Settings–>Notifications & Actions and set “notifications private on the lock screen” for the app you desire. Once you have toggle on this option all the notifications from the app in question will appear as private notifications on the lock screen and in action center.
