Nokia Normandy, which is Nokia’s first Android phone has been in news last few days! While we reported with the screenshots of the device from “AnTuTu” benchmarking, there have been other leaks of press images as well. We have also created a dedicated Nokia Normandy page for the device where you can read probable specs, features and other stuff.

Yesterday, we received a tip claiming MWC debut for the device. We are now able to confirm this with our sources, we can hope that it will happen. Nokia had debuted Nokia 301 at MWC 2013, so it may not be surprising, if this comes true.

One thing is clear though that this device is indeed under intense testing, as Zauba records reveal that 2nd lot of RM-980 has arrived in India for testing on 26th December. This doesn’t confirm MWC debut, but usually testing intensifies, when an imminent announcement is approaching.

RM-980

We had earlier received tip that MWC may see Lumias without Nokia brand name and announcement of next Lumia Flagship and 8-inch Lumia Tablet. This tip got a shot in the arm with high-end RM-964 with 5.2 inch display and Tablet RX-115 with 8.3 inch display revealing themselves in the Zauba records. So, here is what looks like a probable Nokia MWC 2014 line-up,

RM-964 is the 5.2 inch Lumia Flagship which can feature 1080p display and 20 MP camera and may run on Snapdragon 800 processor. According to an earlier tip it may sport Lumia 925 like Aluminum body design.

RX-115 which can come as Lumia 2020 is Nokia’s second WinRT Tab with 8.3 inch Full HD display. It may be launched at an economical price if price quoted in Zauba listing is some indication.

RM-980 aka Nokia Normandy is a very interesting device, in fact after so many cries for a Nokia + Android phone from every corner of the world, it may actually be the first Nokia with Android.

RM-977, RM-978RM-976 aka  Lumia 630 / Lumia 635 is the first Lumia with Dual-Sim support and has a 4.5 inch display size. The quoted pricing though is prototype pricing, but still may hint about Nokia’s plan to bring it as a real challenger to low to mid-range Dual-Sim Androids.
