@evleaks has now posted about an offer which will be valid with purchase of upcoming Lumia 928 from Verizon. They mention that $25 Windows Phone Store credit will be done to the account of Lumia 928 buyers. This is nice little scheme to greet prospective buyers to Windows phone fold. According to some earlier rumors, the device is supposed to go for $99 for new buyers on 2-year contract. The question of when the device will be out remains though?
