HMD has confirmed that it will investigate the issue of Nokia 9 PureView not receiving the Android 10 update in India. Some Nokia 9 PureView users reached HMD CPO Juho regarding this issue on Twitter.

Nokia 9 PureView started receiving the Android 10 update in December 2019 and it became available in many markets. But it seems that somehow many users didn’t receive the update in india until now.
