A leaked official post revealed that we will see Lumia 640 and Lumia 640 XL (Lumia 1330) getting revealed tomorrow and now we have an image from China that shows both the devices together. You can notice the difference in sizes of both (5.7 inch vs 5 inch displays) and the Microsoft branding on the back. The 14 MP camera sensor on Lumia 640 XL definitely looks bigger than that 8 MP one on Lumia 640. This image comes from the same leakster, who has earlier leaked Lumia 640 XL back cover in images.
Lumia 640 XL will come with a 14 MP rear camera / 5 MP FFC with 5.7 inch display and LTE-Advanced support. We had exclusively reported via our sources that RM-1062 will pack a 14 MP rear camera and a 5 MP FFC. And, we presented some evidence in form of a screenshot from GFXBench listing of RM-1062. You can read all about Lumia 640 XL specifications, confirmed markets, price at our dedicated page (Lumia 1330) page.
