Windows 10 Mobile / PC looses Wi-Fi sense feature to share networks with contacts

As you can see in the screenshot from Build 14342, it seems Wi-Fi sense will still be there and will allow you to connect you to Free Hotspots but will loose the ability to share Wi-Fi network with contacts. Microsoft has announced in its blog post for Windows 10 Build 14342 that it has removed the Wi-Fi sense feature that allows you to share Wi-Fi networks with your contacts and to be automatically connected to networks shared by your contacts from the OS.

While it is not clearly mentioned whether it is for Mobile too, OS being unified it should be common across Mobile and PC versions.

We have removed the Wi-Fi Sense feature that allows you to share Wi-Fi networks with your contacts and to be automatically connected to networks shared by your contacts. The cost of updating the code to keep this feature working combined with low usage and low demand made this not worth further investment. Wi-Fi Sense, if enabled, will continue to get you connected to open Wi-Fi hotspots that it knows about through crowdsourcing.
