Tip claims Nokia 6.3 to be powered by Snapdragon 730 processor, reveals quad-camera details

We had earlier reported that Nokia 6.3 will be powered by Snapdragon 670/675 processor via our sources. Now, one tip that landed in our inbox claims that the tipster has seen a Nokia 6.3 prototype powered by Snapdragon 730 processor.

Now, since this tip doesn’t come from our trusted sources we can’t vouch for its authenticity but the rest of the details shared by the tipster look valid. He claims that the rear Quad-camera will feature 24MP main sensor, 12MP ultra-wide lens, 2MP depth, and macro sensors.

The tipster also claims that the fingerprint sensor will be mated to the power button on Nokia 6.3. It will also one of Nokia smartphones more suitable for one-handed use.

We have reported about two Nokia 7.3 prototypes in works one with a 5G processor and another with a Snapdragon 7xx processor. So, this prototype may in fact be the Nokia 7.3 prototype, but we will come to know later.

Our sources hint at a big Nokia launch event sometime in Q3 2020 where it can be launched along with Nokia 7.3 and Nokia 9.3 PureView 5G. We had earlier reported about this launch event but much depends upon the prevailing conditions because COVID19 has impacted product launch plans of all companies worldwide.
