Seems GDR1 brings new icons for Photos, Camera and FM Radio as can be seen in the above image. Screenshots from Lumia Cyan are on left, while those from Windows Phone 8.1 update 1 are on right. It also seems that these new icons are similar to those seen on Windows Phone 7.
