Weekend watch 2: #Lumia1020 vs compact cameras Canon G12 and Samsung ST100.

So in weekend watch 2, Lumia 1020 takes on compacts Canon G12 and Samsung ST100. Below you can see daylight and low-light crop comparison done by us based on the flickr set of video uploader. Actually the uploader has disabled image download on Flickr, so what you are seeing below are screenshots of the images. Anyways, Lumia 1020 is in middle, Samsung ST100 on top and Canon G12 at the bottom.In both daylight or low-light Canon seems to overexpose the image, while Samsung ST100 renders noisy images in low-light. Lumia 1020 seems to be the best of the lot with better light capture and less noisy images than Samsung ST100 and more detailed images than either of the compacts.
