VLC for Windows Phone updated to v1.3.1 with semantic zoom in artists view . Official Changelog

VLC for Windows Phone has received an update and the updated version is v1.3.1. The latest update brings  a couple of improvements such as semantic zoom in Artists view and bug fixes.
