VLC app for Windows RT & Windows Phone should be out very soon

VLC for Windows Phone and Windows RT devices has been a “Work in progress” for quite long, but now seems VLC team has reached a milestone, where they have it working on ARM devices like Windows RT and Windows Phone, finally.
