Video claimed to feature Lumia 830 for Verizon. Running Windows Phone 8.1 update 1

TK Tech News who just tweeted about a new Lumia coming to Verizon, has now posted a video which just shows display of a device seemingly running Windows Phone 8.1 update 1.

Again nothing can be concluded from the video and it can just be any Lumia device on Verizon running developers preview of GDR1. But, the leakster claims that device is en-route to their office and should be with them soon.
