Great news for Lumia 822 and Lumia 928 users on Verizon! Lumia Denim update is now rolling out to these two devices. Joe Belfiore has just tweeted that Lumia Denim for Lumia Icon is still coming in early 2015.

This is in line with the speculations that Lumia devices on Verizon will directly get Lumia Denim skipping Lumia Cyan, though we think the update will have all the builds required for Windows Phone 8.1 GDR1.
