Nokia finally to have a carrier partner in the USA. A new leak suggests that the existing Nokia 2.1 will be made available on Verizon. On his Twitter handle, Evan Bliss posted a photo which backs the above claim. By the looks of it, one can assume it to be reliable as Nokia is no longer an underdog, ousting some of the major players in the business.

The model that will be made available on Verizon, will be called Nokia 2.1V, which is basically the same device just that we have an extra ‘V’ for obvious reasons. This marks the beginning of something great for HMD, as the company supposed to get more exposure in the USA market by the partnership, if at all true.

Nokia 2.1 comes with a 5.5-inch display, 4000 mAH battery, a new design, stereo speakers and is powered by Snapdragon 425. You also get 8MP AF camera with LED flash and a 5MP FF camera. Head over to this page for more information about the Nokia 2.1.
