Seems, Windows Phone 8.1 will overcome one more shortcoming of Windows Phone. As the above screenshot of the leaked SDK code reveals, universal search may be finally coming to Windows Phone. Till now the use of that search button on Windows Phones is limited to Bing search only, which makes it less useful.
