Microsoft's earnings for Q4 2015 revealed that Lumia sales plummeted from1 10.5 million in Q4 2014 to 4.5 million in Q4 2015. The credit for this steep decline goes in part to Microsoft's revamped strategy and also the fact that they have been too slow to react to mounting competition.
