Lumia 521 has been in great demand in US, especially the No-contract / Prepaid version of it and has been very difficult to even grab at likes of Walmart and Bestbuy. But, the contract version also has been enjoying good demand and it now has sold out at T-Mobile. Currently it is out of stock at the carrier’s website.
But apart from topping the no-contract phone list it also holds #247 rank in overall “Cell phone and accessories” link at Amazon. For putting this ranking in perspective compare it to the top-selling contract phone SGS 4 on Verizon which has a rank of #589 on the list. So, may be Lumia 521 is dealing in good volumes here.
