Nokia has just updated Glance with Windows Phone 8.1 support in what looks like one more official hint about Windows Phone 8.1 arriving sooner than expected. We have seen all Windows Phone 8 apps declaring compatibility with Windows Phone 8.1 en masse followed by Microsoft jumping gun and listing Windows Phone 8.1 on site’s frontpage. Nothing else looks changed though in this new Glance version.

Official Facebook app for Windows Phone 8 has been updated with custom notifications support. Custom notifications support had arrived to Facebook Beta with an update days back and official Facebook now brings it to everyone.
