We last reported about a Nokia Mobile job opening for UX/UI designer. This job opening triggered debate about whether HMD global is looking to customize the Android experience being offered on Nokia smartphones.

HMD Global is undergoing change in overall product strategy, as has been hinted by change in naming convention of smartphones followed by the recent departure of CPO Juho Sarvikas. It needs to be seen how the company’s change in direction will reflect in future phone offerings.
