New Windows Phone 8.1 GDR1 version seen on WPBench. Is it the one?

We earlier reported about two Windows Phone 8.1 GDR1 versions 8.10.14130.0, and 8.10.14140.0 which were seen on WPBench. We concluded them to be GDR1 versions as they mark a significant bump from Windows Phone 8.1 release version 8.10.12397.895. We reported that it has RTMed, Microsoft subsequently confirming and announcing the update.

Today one more version of Windows Phone 8.1 GDR1 has been added to WPBench and it is the highest OS version no. we have seen yet. The version in question is 8.10.14147.0 and it was added some 22 hours ago.

So, question arises, whether it is the final release version which is destined to roll out to devices running developers preview this week?
